Registering branch/company

Establishing a new company in Croatia is regulated by the Company law (Narodne novine 111/93) which has been based un European legislation. The most common type of company is "Company with limited liability" (društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću-d.o.o.), which can be established by one or more foreign or domestic persons or legal entities. Minimal basic capital is 2.508,00 EUR. The company has to be registered in the Trade Court Register (Slavonski Brod is a seat of Trade Court) and complete procedure takes maximum two weeks.
