Registering branch/company

If foreign company wants to make production in the Free Zone, using all benefits (especially profit tax reduction or exemption), it has to establish a branch in Croatia. Management of the Free Zone is ready to provide all necessary help and support in their respect. Domestic companies are not required to establish a separate branch for doing business in the Free Zone. All they need is to make separate book-keeping in order to separate profit made in the Zone from other profits.
